BODYCRAFT F732 Dip Attachment

Add the ability to perform dips on your RFT Pro, RFT, F730 or F430 Power Racks. The handle height can be adjusted by simply raising or lowering the safety spotter, not only does this allow you to set the dip height but also allows for reverse dips and push-ups. The handles are spaced 20.5” apart, have a 400lbs capacity and can me mounted on the inside or outside of the rack, but we suggest the inside for maximum stability. Insert in the rear openings of the left and right Safety Spotters to serve as a knee hold down for RFT Rack Functional Trainer or the F431 Lat option.
